
Nexus GS is an Authorised Apple Service Provider and offers AppleCare Protection Plan repairs as well as standard warranty repairs on all Apple equipment less than a year old. For equipment over a year old a chargeable bench repair service is offered.
All faults are diagnosed using procedures laid out by Apple and using the Apple diagnostic tools. If the machine is out of warranty, we will issue you a report detailing the extent of the problem, the parts required, estimated completion time of repair and cost. No further work is undertaken without the consent of the customer.
Repairs are completed in-house using only official Apple parts which are fully warranted.
