We work out how many hours or days of support you are likely to require each month, based on the size and complexity of your systems, and agree an appropriate annual figure for your organisation. Within that year, if you don’t need our time for remote or on-site support in any given month, we simply carry it forward. Once a quarter, we look at the balance, and use any “credit” to help you with preventative maintenance, system performance enhancements, network improvements or software updates.
