Maintenance Agreements


Nexus GS delivers flexible support to suit your requirements, ranging from conventional maintenance arrangements to fully tailored service agreements.

Nexus GS will be pleased to supply you with quality maintenance cover, to provide peace of mind should you experience a hardware failure. However, many small businesses have whole infrastructures that require management, which is where our service agreements offer additional benefits.

We work out how many hours or days of support you are likely to require each month, based on the size and complexity of your systems, and agree an appropriate annual figure for your organisation. Within that year, if you don’t need our time for remote or on-site support in any given month, we simply carry it forward. Once a quarter, we look at the balance, and use any “credit” to help you with preventative maintenance, system performance enhancements, network improvements or software updates.

Our service agreements offer expert support (backed by response times) and excellent value.
